Welcome to our holiday home!
A bright and cosy space in the center of Ghent nearby the Counts Castle and the historical Graslei. The famous towers are just a 5 minute walk away! The holiday house is a really quiet space with a private garden.

There is a nice double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a fully equiped open kitchen.
You can use the free high speed WiFi and digital television.
The large windows generate an airy touch to the large living area. The solid wood furniture gives the apartment a warm feeling.
The apartment is situated at the ground floor, so it has easy acces. Its a very quiet, intimate space, given the fact it has a view over a private garden and a communal area seperates it from the street and its noice.

Upon arrival we give you a warm welcome and any advice as needed. We live in the same building so if there are any questions left you can just contact us by pressing the doorbell. If nobody is around, you can contact us by phone or mail. The holiday house has its own entrance, so its really private for the rest.

About the neighbourhood
The house is situated in a living area the heart of old Ghent. The Counts Castle is a 5 minute walk away. Its really great to make a walk and experience the wonderful old buildings and the museums. Every friday, saturday and sunday morning there is a flea market and on sundays there is a flower market and a book market where you can walk around and look for treasures.
The design museum is only a few minutes away.
In Ghent, there is a famous medieval neighbourhood where there are lots of restaurants: Patershol. Its just minutes away from where the house is situated.
If you prefer to stay at home and cook: there is a shop where you can buy food and household products just around the corner.
Getting around
To get from Brussels airport to Ghent you can take the train. It takes you there in 30minutes. Ghent is small enough to just be comfortable at walking around. You can take tramline 1 at the Ghent St Pieters train station: it has a stop at 25m from the stay, the tram will take you right at the frontdoor in 25 minutes. If you come by car there is a public parkingzone at the door at 6€/day.
