Zermatt is a car-free village at the foot of the famous and magnificent Matterhorn mountain. It can be reached in around 3 1/2 hours by train from Geneva or Zurich airports where the train station is at the airport. If you are driving your car must be left in a parking in Tasch, 9 kms below Zermatt and you then take the shuttle train to the centre of Zermatt village. Check-in is at 1500h and check-out at 0900h.
Because of the logistics of arriving in Zermatt, it is not always possible to arrive and depart exactly at the desired hour. It helps my planning for cleaning and for accommodating late/early arrivals and departures of guests, if you can let me know your estimated arrival and departure times.
After the booking process, I prefer to be in direct contact with you, as opposed to going through the website. Therefore either text messages, email, WhatsApp, or just simply telephone are easiest and quickest.
Just let me know if you need any help with travel arrangements.

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Zermatt. The location is perfect, it is quiet yet close to the shops, train station and ski lifts, all within walking distance of about 5 minutes. The owner is lovely, very friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile, providing fresh flowers and local wine in the fridge. Very...

We have stayed in the studio before in winter and this was our first summer visit. We love the fact that it is centrally located but very quiet and close to the station, Sunnegga, Gornergrat and the bus stop of you want to visit the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.
