Chalet Jungfrau is a beautiful south facing 4 bedroom apartment on 2 levels with modern furnishing and a scandinavian wood stove. It is located at a mere 750m from the Männlichen Cable Car station, making it a great base for skiing and hiking. The views of the Eiger North face are uninterrupted.The balcony accommodates a table and chairs from which you can take in the breathtaking scenery. The living room-dining area-kitchen is open plan, giving the apartment a very spacious feel. The TV has cable and a DVD player; wifi is included. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, an oven and a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, the small bunk room will accommodate 2 children but has no windows. There are 2 bathrooms with a washing machine and dryer.

Extremely comfortable, well furnished, with everything you could need in the kitchen, plus free Wifi, DVD player and Apple TV so we could stream our music and movies.
- Fantastic views of the North face of Eiger from the balcony and backyard.
- Very spacious which makes it great value for a large family or even 2 family's.
- Only 5 min walk to the Mannlichen gondola and Grund Station so ideal for quick access to the slopes.
- About 5 min drive to the centre of Grindelwald, but close to local bus stop allowing you to use all of the local transport options - train & bus.
- Large ski room where you can store your equipment and a car parking space that fits a tall car with roof box.
- The property Manager was extremely helpful in advising of local shopping, eating and skiing options.

The apartment is very comfortable, well furnished and has a stunning view of the North face of the Eiger. Sitting on the balcony watching the sun rise on the mountains is a delight. There's also a garden which is great for BBQ'g. There is a large ski room where you can store bikes safely when not using them and a car parking space that fits a tall car with roof box. The apartment is well located. It's about a 5 mins drive from the centre of Grindelwald - there is a local bus but they go very infrequently in the summer (may be different in winter). However it's about a 5 min walk down to the Grund station and cable cars, so it's easy to get a train up to Kleine Scheidigg and Jungfrau or indeed into Grindelwald (if you're planning on travelling around on the trains, mountain buses and cable cars, getting a Jungfrau pass is recommended - expensive, but saves money in the long run). The area itself is stunning - plenty of walking and cycling (road and mountain biking). The...
