The HOSTS: The hosts (a teacher of Italian as a foreign language and a doctor) live in the property: they guarantee assistance for any need, while maintaining the utmost discretion and observing the privacy of their guests. They are passionate about art and tourism, so they are able to advise you in organizing your itineraries. They speak ITALIAN, ENGLISH, GERMAN and FRENCH. SERVICES IN THE SURROUNDINGS: Immersed in nature, but a stone's throw from the heart of the city, very close to all services and shops. At 1200 meters, the Montebello neighborhood (2 minutes by bus heading south): pharmacy, post office with ATM, supermarket (with delicatessen and pastry shop, open on Sunday mornings), bar, newspapers and tobacconist. At 800 meters (2 minutes by bus heading downtown) a small supermarket and an excellent butcher specializing in local products. At 1500 meters, in via della Pallotta (4 minutes by bus) a large store of organic products and foods (also gluten-free). Perugia TRAIN STATION is 3.5 km away; from the station take the Minimetrò and then the bus (line E). Perugia AIRPORT is 12.5 kilometers away. Taxi and car rental service.
