The apt is located on the third floor of a palace with lift from the start of dating back to xx century
It is Made of 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a very openwide living and dining room , a Kitchen provvided with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, boiler,dish washing machine,washing machine, 3 cockers, free wi-fi and two tv digital signal.
From there you can walk to the main attractions of the city actually it is located between piazza Santa croce (50 meter) and piazza signoria and uffizzi museum (300 meter) and there is a supermarket just opposite the front door of the house. The heating sistem is indipendent. The fornitures are very elegant and in old style and tapestry is brand new. The floors is in Carrara's marble and in the bedroom there is parquet. “Beautiful apartment in a perfect location!”

We are 3 couples from Canada. The 3 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms met all our needs. There are plenty of dishes and cutlery and the dishwasher is very welcome. The rooms are nicely furnished and extremely comfortable. The grocery store is directly across the street and there are numerous restaurants close by. We were able to walk to all...

“Splendid apartment from which to base your stay in the very heart of old Florence!”

The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, offering comfortable common areas as well as privacy when desired.....perfect for we three couples, or for a larger family or group of friends. Paolo greeted us most graciously on our arrival, provided us a thorough introduction to the apartment and to services/attractions in the neighborhood, after which we discovered on our kitchen table...

This large, elegant apartment far exceeded our expectations. The owners are delightful, the area is quiet but within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Florence. We'll be back!
