INTERIOR:
A terrace is a “must have” for tourists and the apartment has a lovely outdoor space, 8 mq.(85 square feet) where there are a table and chairs, where you can eat, drink a glass of Chianti or read a book!
At the entrance there is a delightful eat-in kitchen with table and chairs - the kitchenette is divid-ed by French doors. There are 3 steps to the living/dining room with two windows, two sofas, TV, lunch area (an extra bed can be added in the living).

The second bedroom has two doors: one connecting with the living, the other opening to a little hallway. This bedroom has two large windows and two single beds of liberty age (or a double bed, upon request)
The bathroom is very characteristic and it's divided into two areas: at the entrance there is a wash-basin and a fully enclosed shower; a curtain divides the bidet and toilet.
AMENITIES: Air conditioned, central heat, iron and ironing board, TV, washing machine, drier machine,bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven, coffee maker, cooking utensil, dry hair,books,dishes machine, WIFI

Delizioso appartamento ampio e accogliente in Via Ricasoli, a soli 200 mt. dal Duomo di Firenze, quasi davanti alla Galleria dell'Accademia, con romantico terrazzino sui tetti.Recentemente rinnovato, è composto da 4 vani, circa 90 mq., al 3° piano senza ascensore. (46 gradini)
All'entrata ampio tinello con zona pranzo, cucinino attrezzato con fuochi,frigo,lavastoviglie. Tre scalini portano al salotto arredato con divani, tv, zona pranzo e porta finestra con accesso al terrazzino (8 mq.)sui tetti di Firenze,attrezzato con tavolo e sedie.
CAMERE: 1 ampia e luminosa camera matrimoniale (possibilità di letto aggiunto su richiesta) con armadio e cassettiera antichi, 1 camera a due letti stile liberty(possibilità di matrimoniale) con armadio.Entrambe le camere hanno vista laterale sul campanile di Giotto e sul Duomo.
BAGNO: caratteristica stanza da bagno con finestra divisa in due parti: zona lavandino e ampio box doccia di 70x100, una tenda divide la zona dei sanitari.

The location - steps from the Accademia and right down the street from the Duomo, so central to restaurants and all activities in Florence. I really don't think you could get a better location in a hotel! Add to that the comforts of a spacious two bedroom flat with a terrace, kitchen, laundry, enclosed shower, great wifi, AND Air Conditioning...

The apartment was clean and quaint. It is a perfect option for a family stay. Everyone had plenty of room. The location was perfect. All the major attractions are close by. The only thing to be aware of there are many steps to get up to the apartment. Thank you!

There are many districts in Florence, and somes are very noisy, day and night!
Some districts aren't in the historical center, and you'd take a bus to get in the pedestrian area.

Duomo's district is the best in town: in the pedestrian area, few minutes walking from all the points of interest, on the street there are no locals and pubs opening all the night (as in san Lorenzo or Santa Croce or Ponte Vecchio districts)

Getting around

Ricasoli apartment is located in the pedestrian area of the historical centre, so you don't need a car!
All the major attractions are close by:
across the street from Accademia Gallery, few steaps there is the Dome, Giotto Tower and the Baptistry
