Inside, in fact, one cannot help but appreciate the bright and comfortable rooms, the soft movement of the high wooden ceilings, the majolica specially made by master Seminara, the flowery terrace overlooking via Maqueda and the balconies with splendid panoramic views of the city with its colorful roofs and the beautiful domes of its churches. The apartment was renovated at the same time as the entire building in 2020 and has been furnished with loving care to ensure a stay as pleasant and full of comfort as possible. Inside it consists of two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, well furnished with large beds and orthopedic mattresses. From a spacious and comfortable double living room with a large 49-inch television, overlooking the beautiful flowered terrace, attractive and well equipped with comfortable armchairs where you can rest and with table and chairs for eating outdoors. From a modern and independent kitchen with every accessory necessary for cooking, and from a bright and comfortable bathroom with window. A walk to the Ballaro' Market, which is located just a hundred meters away from the apartment, is an enchanting appointment not to be missed: you will discover an itinerary of high artistic and cultural value, which leads from the Cathedral to the Teatro Massimo , flanking stalls of colorful and lively food products. Considered among the most authentic markets in the city in terms of gastronomic offer and product quality. Pleasant mixture of voices, smells and colors, a corner of the city where time seems to have stopped. The area in which the apartment is located is well equipped with public transport services and is located a short distance from the bus stop for the buses that come from the airport, from the shuttles that carry out the tourist tours of the most beautiful architectural attractions of the historic center and from the bus stop that takes you to the beautiful Mondello beach. In the surroundings there are numerous clothing and shoe shops, restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, kiosks, wine bars, ice cream bars and pastry shops where you can taste the irresistible delicacies and the extraordinary products of the renowned Sicilian Culinary Art, appreciated all over the world for its its goodness and for the richness of its flavours.
