Villa Claire de Lune is a prestigious and immense Villa close to the beaches of Alghero ideal for 10 people, where peace and privacy are the essential elements of the structure. Villa Claire de Lune is located in the countryside of Alghero in the Tanca Farrà area, close to the Sella Mosca estates and just 4km from Alghero. The property is spread over two levels connected by an internal staircase and an external staircase. Each floor houses a kitchen and a large living room, two double bedrooms, a relaxation area and a bathroom per floor. In total in the villa there are four bedrooms, two living rooms, two double sofa beds, two internal bathrooms with shower, an additional external shower, two internal kitchens, an external kitchen next to the barbecue, swimming pool, gazebo, parking spa...Villa Claire de Lune is a prestigious and immense Villa close to the beaches of Alghero ideal for 10 people, where peace and privacy are the essential elements of the structure. The property totally enclosed by four meters high hedges and a high dry stone wall develops with an area of 4000 square meters. The garden is designed in a Mediterranean style and features plants and perimeter hedges that guarantee maximum privacy. All around the villa there is a large and well-kept English lawn. The villa has two large covered verandas and a large gazebo facing the pool furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for enjoying the warm summer evenings and the sea breeze. The villa is literally surrounded by greenery. All new and ergonomic mattresses will allow you to wake up refreshed in fully equipped bedrooms, complete with garden views, verandas, air conditioning, and eye-catching visual touches. The two fully equipped kitchens will ensure pleasant convivial group moments, while the spacious bathrooms are distinguished with precious ceramic elements and dark wood. The two kitchens and the additional outdoor kitchen next to the barbecue area will satisfy even the most refined chefs. Welcome extras such as outdoor shower and poolside loungers will ensure that guests can make the most of the large swimming pool that sparkles invitingly in the garden. Dining outdoors will always be a pleasure at the Claire de Lune, while the evening sun's rays will fall gently to make room for the lighting designed to illuminate the long wooden dining table. Given the location close to the center and the sea, guests can reach some of the most beautiful beaches on the island in a few minutes by car. The famous water sports and underwater activities of Alghero are within easy reach, and on request we will organize catamaran trips or the rental of rubber boats, or always on request we can organize the famous Sardinian dinner in the villa, with roast meat or fish. .
