Perfect apartment for a family of four or more to enjoy exploring fabulous Barcelona.
Enric is a fabulous host. My family was extremely pleased with the accommodations at the Sagrada Familia Apartment. It was a treat to enjoy the magnificent view of the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. The apartment is sunny, quiet, and nicely appointed. Enric stocked the refrigerator with many refreshments; local fresh fruits (delicious), breakfast treats, snacks and local beverages. It was such a pleasure to skip searching out a grocery store after checking in. Enric offerred many suggestions for activities and restaurants, often contacting us to help plan an outing or dining experience. We hope to return again to Barcelona and stay at the Sagrada Familia Apartment. Mant thanks to you Enric and your team !!!!

Great base of operations
My wife, Sister and her Husband were looking for a place to stay before we set sail on our Bucket List Cruise of the beautiful Mediterranean. The Cruise started in the beautiful city of Barcelona and of course we wanted to see some of the city before setting sail. We found this place on Trip Advisor and contacted Enric about staying in his apartment. This was the perfect place to set out on our adventures in Barcelona. The place was modern and beautiful. The fridge was well stocked with wine, beer, soft drinks and fresh fruit that came with the cost of the rental, along with a pantry full of cakes and snacks. We were blown away with the provisions that Enric had provided. We were across the street from a Taxi Stand and the Metro, both of which we used extensively for the two days we were there. The apartment was right across from the beautiful Sagrada Familia. We had no trouble communicating with our host, Enric, who was more that helpful with advice about how to get around. He even made lunch reservations at Bilboa, a restaurant where local Barcelona residence eat. Lunch was fabulous. I think, during Football season (soccer to Americans), If FC Barcelona, one of the great teams in world football, is in town and playing, 4 tickets to the game are included in the price. We loved staying there and might come back to take Enric up on the offer of the Football tickets.

Amazing apt overlooking Sagrada FamÃlia
Where do I start? Enric is an excellent host with a beautifully designed apartment overlooking the Sagrada Familia. He stocked the refrigerator and cabinets with more than enough fresh fruits for our family of 5 to halfway finish. We also didn’t have to worry about juice, coffee, sodas, sparkling and still water, wine, beer or cava, eggs, cakes, and more.
The towels and bedding are top notch. And, there is a maid who comes in for two hours a day to clean and do your laundry.
Enric also is generous in giving suggestions of what to visit and where to dine.
Truly an exceptional home away from home. You will not be disappointed. My family wants to return!

Great property and location
Adjacent to the Sagrada Familia. The apartment was modern and well maintained. Even though we were delayed Enric A waited late for us and ensured we were comfortably situated. He had stocked the pantry and refrigerator with wonderful drinks and snacks. Enric A gave us great advice on how to tour Barcelona in the time we had. I would definitely recommend!

Better than a Westin Vacation Condo
I was hesitant to book an apartment online in a foreign country with no back-up plan for so many reasons but this experience changed all that for me.
I had everything going against me - I use a wheelchair full-time, we were unsure of our exact travel dates, and I was trying to finagle my 3 grown children’s schedules to make this all happen. As it turns out - I had absolutely nothing to worry about and Enric made this a completely painless vacation.
As I said, this is less like staying in an apartment and more like staying in a fancy vacation club condo. Except you have housekeeping every day (thank you, Mercedes) and an on-call concierge (Enric) to help you plan your days. Like all the reviewers before me, this was an amazing Barcelona experience. Being so close to the Basilica was incredible- we were even able to attend Christmas Eve mass in the Crypt Chapel. While the neighborhood is touristy, being in a crowded area has its perks — it’s also full of bakeries, gelaterias, and small stores. With the grocery stock that Enric did prior to our arrival we were just able to make small purchases for breakfast and lunch he even refilled our coffee pods... (we ate out every night though). Our visit happened to fall on Christmas and he even gave us two lovely bottles of local wine, a bottle of Champagne and local candy as a gift. I just can’t say enough good things about this apartment and this experience!

Perfect city apartment: highly recommended
There are three reasons why you need not look any further for an apartment in Barcelona:
1. The location
Right opposite the sagrada familia and with metro, bus and taxi stops outside, plus shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very easy to connect to the rest of Barcelona from here
2. The apartment
A fabulously spacious, well appointed, well equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the second floor, which is kept spotlessly clean by a daily maid service (thank you Mercedes). Very comfortable beds, a fridge full of supplies on arrival and even beach towels are provided for use during your stay
3. The host
Enric goes the extra mile to ensure his guests have the best possible experience of Barcelona. He was very generous with his time, and with his knowledge of the city, providing helpful recommendations for restaurants, visitor attractions and transport plans. We have stayed in other city apartments and had nothing like this level of service. Enric's help definitely meant that we got much more from our stay than the "average" tourist coming to Barcelona
Overall, i can't recommend this place highly enough. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again

A wonderful, spotlessly clean and beautifully designed apartment. An amazing welcome "basket" - actually a fridge and a cupboard. A great location right next to the Sagrada Familia, and a very helpful host.The football tickets to see Barcelona play were the cherry on the cake! We certainly hope to return.

This apartment is in a sensational location with an amazing view of the Sagrada Familia. My brother and his wife (from Australia), and my husband and I stayed for 7 nights from Boxing Day 2016 to 2 Jan 2017. We had an fantastic stay and love Barcelona! This apartment is exceptional, and Enric's welcome pack, and handy daily excursion tips were great, especially his restaurant recommendations! A huge thank you to Enric for his genuine kindness and hospitality and to Mercedes who serviced the apartment daily. What a way to start to the new year! We will be back!

Sincerely recommended!
A great combination of visiting cultural Barcelona and seeing Messi on his playground. You stay in a fully equiped appartment (very high luxury) in the shadow of the Sagrada Familia, best location of Barcelona if you ask me. For the first time it looked better in real than on the pictures! During the match you sit on the first row, we could almost touch Messi during his warm up. The owner is very friendly and flexible and speaks englisch very well. I had a great weekend! I miss the appartment, the seat of Le Corbusier with the view on the Sagrada Familia from the living room, I wil certainly come back!

Fantastic experience
Luxury apartement just in front of the Sagrada Familia! Unbelievable view from living room and terrace. Great service. First row seats in Nou Camp, Messi, Neymar, ... dribbling just a few meters in front of us.
