It is a 100 m2 apartment with a great historic value, catalogued by the UNESCO as Artistic Heritage of the XVth century Catalan Gothic style and where the famous writer Miguel de Cervantes lived for some time during his stay in the city. It was completely reformed and has been turned into a luminous duplex conserving the old stone walls and arches giving the space a special charm. On the main floor there is a double room with private toilette with shower, a bathroom with bathtub, a full equipped kitchen (electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) and a dinning - living room.
