Comfortable, easy with great location.
The apartment is much nicer in person than the pictures lead you to believe. The location is perfect because it is no more than a 3 minute walk to the beach and 8 minutes to all the restaurants in the old part of town. It is also only an 8 minute walk to the train and bus stations. It was only my wife and I so we did not need the sofa-bed in the living room. But there is door to the living room area that can be closed for the privacy of an extra guest. The apartment was very clean, easy to get into because of their process and well-stocked when we got there with nice towels etc. Although we did not have much interaction with the hosts, it is clear that they care for your comfort by the way the apartment is kept up. You wont regret staying here!

very clean and neat
the apartment was great. everything was very clean and neat. we really enjoyed the location, which was close to both old town and the beach. we had plenty of room with four people in a one-bedroom with sleeper couch. highly recommended.

Excellent quality apartment in a great location
Management was well organised, including directions and providing the key
The apartment was brilliantly modern, clean , well furnished and equipped. It was surprisingly spacious compared to many we have rented in Europe
the location was close to restaurants, train station and supermarket

Magnifico
El apartamento se encuentra inmejorablemente situado, en pleno centro de San Sebastián, a un paso de la Concha y del mercado de San MartÃn, donde se pueden adquirir productos frescos de primerÃsima calidad para comer, si se quiere, en casa.
Está super bien equipado, con todo lujo de detalles, lo que hace muy agradable la estancia.
La única pega es que no dispone de aparcamiento, por lo que hay que recurrir al parking público (en San MartÃn hay uno), que resulta bastante caro.
Por lo demás y en definitiva, cien por cien recomendable.

Excellent family holiday
Excellent appartments with a super location, near the Concha beach and just in the middle of the nicest shopping area of San Sebastian. Also, very closed to the town hall and the restaurants area. Overall, located at walking distance from any good place.
Moreover, the appartments themselves are excellent for a 4 member family, fully equiped and with nice extras such as Wifi or Ipod charger or a nice and big TV.
On top, the decoration is super. This an evidence of the excellent service of Nuria and Nerea who care about every single detail.
Indeed, I would reccomend this appartment to anyobe willing to enjoy a family vacation or a city break trip to San Sebastian. I am already recommending it to my friends.
