Built in 1910, this characterful home has retained many of it's original features, including a central patio -now covered with a bullet-proof grade skylight-, high ceilings and neoclassical facades opposite historical buildings.

This property has all the the comforts of a modern luxury family home. The house is warm in winter and cool in summer due to the thickness of the outer walls and the high ceilings. There are curtains in all rooms for extra comfort sleeping. Fully air-conditioned. Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms. Lift to all floors.

If you need to work from home while abroad, we can provide you with a pleasant and ample office in the ground floor library with a working desk, office-armchair, internet access, printer/scanner/fax and Macintosh computer (OsX 10.4).
