No smoking. No parties. The house keeper and other people live in the same building so please be considerate of them and don´t disturb them with noise etc. Please take care of the apartment dont damage or dirty it unnecessarily, in particular make sure children dont draw on the walls. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment. A damage deposit of 100€ may be required and is returned the day of departure.

Interaction with guests:Â The manager lives in the same building as the apartment which means they can answer any questions guests may have about the apartment or Granada, or help with any problems during their stay. The manager can also order a taxi if required for departure.
Located in the Albaicin, the old Moorish quarter of Granada which is a UNESCO world heritage site. The apartment is about as close to the city centre as possible whilst still being in the charming Albaicin.
The central yet quiet location means you are a short walk from all the sites, numerous bars & restaurants and the main shopping district. We provide our guests with our own restaurant and tapas bar guide.

How to get there
CAR - The apartment is accessible by car without needing an access pass. The owners can recommend a city centre car park that costs 56 euros per week, we also have a couple of parking spaces near the apartment which need to be paid for in advance to be reserved and cost 15 euros per day or 80 euros for a week. PLANE - Granada airport 20 mins drive, 27 euros in a taxi or 30 euros if you are picked up by our driver. Malaga airport 1 hour 15 min drive, there are buses from Malaga to Granada every hour. TRAIN/BUS - The easiest way to get from the train or bus station to the apartments is by taxi, cost 7-10 euros, journey time 10-15 minutes. To help communicate how to get to our apartments we will email you a map to show the taxi driver.
