4 rooms - Old Town, Cozy Deco close to everything! - Just renovated

Condo/Apartment -
4 Bedrooms , 2 Bathrooms , Sleeps 8
Cadiz, Costa de la Luz, Andalucia
4 bedroom flat just renovated. A traditional building in the centre of old town of Cadiz, just few minutes walk to most attractions: Cathedral, Museums, Torre Tavira, Theatres, Local Market, Plaza Las Flores, Caleta beach, shops and restaurants.
We tried to preserve the soul of the original house, keeping most cellar roofs, some of the original tiles and a detail of the original wall stones.
We intented to create a unique, original and cozy atmosphere in each area of the flat. Fully equipped.
This is a second floor in a 4 floor building, there is not elevator but stairs.
The 2 double beds are 1.50 mt, the single day bed is 80 cm, that can be added an extra 80 cm bed to make it twin or to convert into a 1.60 double bed (linen available for the two options). The twin beds are 90 cm each. Kitchen has all needed appliances, brand new: oven,...

About the neighbourhood
This is a traditional neighborhood that still keeps the authentic atmosphere of Cadiz: the Antique shop, the showmaker, the sculpture artist, the local market, the glass shop, the key maker, local cafes and restaurants where it is really easy to interact with the kind and talkative local people from Cadiz.
El Fogon de Mariana, a restaurant just on the corner of our street, is a good stop to eat good meat and Spanish quality ham. They have a couple of interesting vegetarian dishes (Bowl de Verduras & Chickpea Salad). In Plaza de las Flores cannot miss to eat 'pescaito frito' (fried fish and seafood). For tapas we like Balandro, La Candela, Taperia de Columela and the Local Market that has small stands where everyone can find a choice eating
Getting around
Walking is the best, bicycle also is possible to rent. Beach La Caleta is just few minutes walk. If you come by car, keep in mind that it is very difficult to park in the old town, since most streets are very narrow and have not parking space.
Train station connecting to all main cities is not far from the flat, as well as the catamaran leaving from the port to El Puerto Santa Maria and Rota.
There is also in Pza España the main stop for most local buses that can connect you to other beaches.
Car not needed
