The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with Satellite TV and CD radio, 2 double bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and 4 electric rings; shower room, separate WC. A single folding bed is available on request. The apartment is North West facing. Broadband and WiFi available. On the doorstep are an abundance of restaurants, cafes, the fresh fruit and flower market, and the charming Ruelles of vieux Nice. Underground parking available (payant) 50m. There are some 65 steps up to the apartment - particularly challenging with luggage. There is a step down into one of the bedrooms, loose tiles in the bathroom and the shower access is difficult - each presents something of a hazard. The apartment itself...More

The location is terrific. My sister and I took long morning walks along the beaches or walked to get groceries or bakery items. The open markets are at your door and the stands change daily- fruit and vegetables, antiques,paintings, and at night the restaurant tables...More
