I rarely submit online reviews but feel compelled to warn others of this terrible company.
A quick rundown of our horrendous experience:
(1) when I checked into the apartment, it was not properly cleaned, with marks on the living room chairs, but as these were written on the inventory and we had just started our holiday, I let it slide
(2) when we checked out, we were told we would have to pay cleaning fees for these marks on the chairs - we were incredulous but thought a check of the inventory would clear up that the marks were pre-existing
(3) had hugely insulting and rude correspondence with the manager - who accused us of sneaking our children in against their rules and that we must have made the marks by letting them sleep without bedding on the sofa (?!?!) - whereas I had email evidence showing I asked which apartment was best suitable for children and they SPECIFICALLY RECOMMENDED Port View to us (and our baby slept in a travel cot anyway)
