This apartment is located in central and great area, at the border of the 7th and the 15th arrondissement, the Sevres-Lecourbe area. At the beginning of rue Lecourbe. South East of the Eiffel Tower and South of the Invalides. Very convenient and strategic location for a Paris visit too, 10 to 30 minutes away from the Louvre, the Eiffel tower, Orsay museum, Montmartre, Champs Elysées. There are 3 different metro and bus (39 89 & 70 just across the apartment) lines nearby, Métro stations: : Sevres-Lecourbe (line n°6) , Volontaires (line n°12) & Segur (line n°10).
I would also describe this area as a typical Parisian with genuine local life. Cafés, restaurants, good food shops and outdoor market. This is a one-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a late 1900's old limestone, well maintained 4 story building. The setting is serene, window looking onto a green courtyard ( see floor plan).
Amenities: TV, DVDs, Radio, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils provided. Telephone, free high speed Internet access. WIFI, maps & tourist guides. Linens & towels provided. Bathroom with tub and shower, washer. No Smoking allowed in the apartment.

Interaction with guests: Regarding checking-in, we are quite flexible, it also depends on eventual departing guests, but most of our guests arrive and leave with morning flights.
However the "official" time is:
Before 11h00 for checking-out and after 16h00 for checking-in. we usually manage check-in at 12:00 or even earlier if there is no departing guest on the day of your arrival.
We often manage to keep the luggage until the apartment is ready.
Exact instructions are always given with the booking details.
Flight/train/car infos are needed ahead of time in order to arrange our meeting at the rental where I will be welcoming you.

Nice area not too touristy
Rue lecourbe is a really nice area, near enough to everything but not too busy. Expect everyone to speak French not all have good English here but I enjoyed that. The apartment we stayed in was basic but comfortable for what we required and the owner was helpful if you wanted to know the best places to view the city, not normal tourist routes. Apartment accessible through really cute courtyard with friendly black cat resident. Really enjoyed it.

Wonderfull place
Real Paris Apartments. Very quiet, enclosed yard.
In the morning lisn the birds songs. Near shops, cafes.
Very friendly host. He showed everything, explained.
Tikras paryžietiškas butukas. Labai tylu, uždaras kiemas.
Rytais žadino paukščių čiulbėjimas kiemelyje.
Šalia parduotuvės, kavinės, turgeliai.

Good location
I really love the room, It’s in a very safe neighborhood, easy to roam around with 2 metro line and variety of buses. The owner is really helpful and very kind. He provides us with many tips for our visit In Paris. I traveling as a family of three and we are all happy with this room.

Good location a bit tight for 3 people
The accommodation was centrally located close to the metro and all the amenities. However, it was a bit tight for 3 people. Cleanliness was good and all the basics utilities were available. Would recommend for short-term travellers.
**** one recommendation for guests who arrive late at night. It would be convenient if the host would provide some little nibs and snacks.****

Loved the ambience and location of the apartment and the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner
This apartment in the 15th arrondissement is a hidden gem with a charismatic manager Didier. He could not have been more helpful to a "senior" lady sole traveller, including meeting me off the train and carrying my luggage to and from the 2nd floor apartment upon arrival and departure and providing all sorts of information on things to see and do in the 6 nights I stayed.
The apartment is in a courtyard overlooking a large garden, with sun streaming into the living area and bedroom all day. It is fully equipped with everything you could need, and is more like a tastefully decorated home with many antiques and collectables, than an investment rental property.
Shopping and transport are excellent in this quartier. An excellent supermarket opposite. This is not a touristy area, but an authentic neighbourhood, with very courteous and pleasant local people.
I plan to return for a longer stay.

Easy access whether from airports (ORLY / CDG / Beauvais) or train stations (Gare du NORD / Gare de l'EST / LYON / BERCY or MONTPARNASSE stations) .
