## Space The home is located on the 4th floor, with lift access. My lovely flat has a large open kitchen/living room perfect for entertaining, with a stylish kitchen filled with various high tech appliances, such as a coffee machine. The living room has a full glass window with a balcony table and chair sat the other side, looking down into what used to be one of Manchester's original Fish Markets. The two beautiful bedrooms both contain comfortable double mattresses with smart hotel styled linen and with a double sofa bed - the flat can sleep 6 people. The flat is furnished to a very high standard, complete with WiFi, TV, and all cooking essentials and has plenty of storage space - perfect location for business travellers, students, or anyone looking to explore Manchester. The property is in a heritage building, so the water pressure can be a little low at times as it is on the top floor. This especially during times when many people in the building would be using water (before work etc.). ## Access Guests have access to the entire home. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood The Northern Quarter has some of the city's best independent bars and traditional pubs with a hip music scene and variety of stores. The apartment is close to many transport options, and is walkable to many parts of town as well as local train stations. Only 2min walk to Shudehill tram/coach station, 5min to Market St tram stop. It is about 10-12 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly railway station, and about 5 minutes to Manchester Victoria railway station. Manchester is a very walk-friendly city as well as having lots of public transport options to get you around. ## Transit The area possess good transport links to the rest of the city via buses, trams and taxis and has local amenities within walking distance. The apartment is close to many transport options, and is walkable to many parts of town as well as local train stations. Only 2min walk to Shudehill tram/coach station, 5min to Market St tram stop. It is also about 10-12 minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly railway station, and about 5 minutes to Manchester Victoria railway station. ## Notes If you require additional cleans / linen during your stay (for a fee), please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
