Located at beautiful Balhousie Street, a perfect base to explore Perth and much more! City centre is just 10 minutes walk, closest super market is just 3 minutes away. This newly refurbished apartment have many features like private south facing garden which means plenty of sun in the afternoon! Spacious driveway for two cars. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable you just won’t want to get out of it and finally there is a walk-in shower. 4K 55inch Tv with free Netflix and Amazon prime.
