House Rental
Atholl Place is a listed Georgian crescent situated in the centre of Perth. It is fabulously located overlooking the North Inch park and River Tay. The Concert Hall, shops and restaurants of Perth are just a few minutes walk away. The house was built in 1797 during the reign of George III when Perth was leading the way in Scottish architecture. It was completely restored to its former glory in 2012 and now contains all modern conveniences, whilst still retaining its original period features. It has 4,500 square feet of living space over four floors. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional cloakroom. Sit down with the newspapers in the formal drawing room, check your emails in the study, settle down in front of TV in the family room or soak up the evening sun in the garden room....
