There is also a large dining table that easily sits six. There are three bedrooms. Upstairs the main bedroom has a king size bed and television, with views of the Cairngorm Mountains, the second smaller double bedroom has fitted wardrobes. Downstairs the third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed. The Living room has a TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi internet access is also available. There is comfortable seating round the cute stove. The recently refurbished bathroom, which is situated downstairs, has a large electric shower. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The cottage is heated by a combination of off-peak electrical storage heaters and convection heaters, and of course the lovely stove. Outside No14, at the rear there is a secluded patio area with seating and a stone barbeque. There are so many wonderful things about No 14, I hardly know where to start. Graham was wonderful about friendly communication and information. The location is ideal for walking into Aviemore and central to getting to all the other things on offer in the area....More

The host Graham was helpful and quick to respond. The cottage was cosy on our arrival and is well equipped,everything we needed was there. 2nd double bedroom is small. It is only a short walk to the centre and Graham provided lots of helpful info...More

The location IS perfect just a 5 MIN walk from local shops and pubs the cottage was well equipped very clean and well presented the railway line is a bit close so trains do disturb but nothing to serious would recommend this cottage for any...More
