There is also a large dining table that easily sits six. There are three bedrooms. Upstairs the main bedroom has a king size bed and television, with views of the Cairngorm Mountains, the second smaller double bedroom has fitted wardrobes. Downstairs the third bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed. The Living room has a TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi internet access is also available. There is comfortable seating round the cute stove. The recently refurbished bathroom, which is situated downstairs, has a large electric shower. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The cottage is heated by a combination of off-peak electrical storage heaters and convection heaters, and of course the lovely stove. Outside No14, at the rear there is a secluded patio area with seating and a stone barbeque. Wondefully central to Aviemore. Few minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Cottage equipped with all that you need. Enjoyed a lovely week in this home from home.
