Pets are accepted but must be kept to the living areas only (not bedrooms) with all pet waste being removed from garden. All sports equipment should be kept in the large lockable timber shed in garden. Please do not keep sports equipment in the house. Accommodation: Entrance vestibule with cloakroom toilet, comfortable, airy lounge with electric fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom, third king-size bedroom with DVD /kids video-TV monitor. Fitted kitchen/diner seating 4-6, bathroom with shower over bath. Kids portable travel cot. Garden and patio dining / seating area with portable BBQ and garden furniture. Great location, clean, spacious rooms, large garden, well equipped kitchen, quiet cul de sac, walking distance into town, allows pets. Negatives, small kitchen and living room doesn't seat 6 when the house sleeps 6.

Lovely bungalow,superb heating, red deer,pheasants,rabbits can all be seen at the bottom of garden from bedroom window, shops,pubs,and chippy close by. Private back garden in quiet cul de sac.Great for going climbing and cycling. Enjoyed ,thank you.:-)

Well located in Dalfaber area of Aviemore - 15 min walk on traffic free path into the town centre. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Older furnishings in bedrooms and bathroom but everything works, linen clean and beds comfortable. Good, enclosed garden for dogs...More
