Prior to your arrival, we will email guests a contact number for the property owner or local housekeeper for your use should you require any assistance during your stay. The quiet and tranquil area of the Highlands and a haven for local wildlife. From the property, you will be able to spot birds of prey, but head 2-minutes out of Aviemore and you can spot a lot of wildlife, we recommend travelling to Loch Morlich for a great view and wildlife watching. A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands, however, this is not a necessity. The local taxi service operates 24 hours of the day. There is a train and bus station in town, allowing guests to travel north or south to explore more of what the Highlands has to offer. The nearest airport is Inverness Airport and can be accessed within a 45 -minute drive. No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Check-in time is 4 PM - 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
