This is an exquisite double height apartment in a historic sandstone building in Glasgow City centre overlooking Glasgow Green.

The building was built in 1856 as the premises of Robert Ramsey and Company who were dealers in hides, skins, wool and tallow and following this its main function was as a venue for auction sales.

It was lovingly converted into luxury apartments between 1998 and 2000. It resides beside the 18th century church of St Andrew by the Green. Charles Rennie Mackintosh's handwriting appears on one of the original drawings for the building showing his early involvement in building design in Glasgow.

Apartment was cute and accommodated our whole family. There were two or three lights out in the bathroom with the washer/dryer which made it very difficult to see. It made it a very dim setting.
