It is is an approximate short 10 minute walk into town and the Old Course Championship golf course. The house also benefits from having private off street parking for up to three cars. This charming house is a great retreat for families, friends or golfing parties. There is a stunning and spacious well-maintained private enclosed garden surrounding the house. It is perfect for relaxing on a warm summer's day and when the weather will not permit outdoors relaxation there is also a superb new conservatory to the rear. Duneagles has four double bedrooms. All bedrooms have zip and link beds which give you the option of couples, friends or golfers staying in superking double beds or single beds. The ground floor bedroom at the rear of the house has a newly fitted ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. The second bedroom is located to the front of the property. There is a lovely bright lounge to the front and an additional living space in a newly fitted conservatory with gas stove leading from the kitchen with fabulous views over the beautiful gardens. The newly fitted modern dining kitchen is a spectacular room in itself. It fully equipped with all brand new mostly integral appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. There is also a a large range cooker for your use. In the hall there is also a handy additional WC compartment on this level. Upstairs there are an additional two new beautifully decorated large, bright double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. There is ample storage and wardrobe space in each of the bedrooms. We have been renting holiday accommodation in St Andrews for many years and this is without doubt the best rental we have ever had! House is spacious, clean and very well situated for walking into town. We'll be back!

About the neighbourhood
St Andrews and the East Neuk are just the best places to visit in Scotland. There is nowhere quite like St Andrews. It has world renowned golf courses, miles and miles of sandy beaches, fabulous coastal walks, world-class restaurants and the history of being an esteemed University town. There is something for everybody here. There are about 30 golf courses within 15 miles. The restaurants in the town are numerous and of excellent quality. Similarly excellent quality is to be found amongst the local shops, with a range of independent boutiques and artisan traders selling unique labels and fresh local produce from St Andrews and the surrounding area. There are music and art festivals held locally during the year.
