Built in 1889, this mews house is full of character and charm and situated in a quiet, private cul-de-sac in Edinburgh's West End.
Converted into a residential property by award winning architect Michael Laird and Partners, the house still contains many of its original features including the old stable door and exposed timber beams. The marks where the saddles were stored can still be seen on some of the original pitch pine panelling, and a spiral staircase leads upstairs to the spacious, comfortable lounge which was once the hay barn.
There is free parking for one car and there is maintained shared garden adjacent.
With Princes Street a short 15 minutes walk away, it is a perfect location for city centre attractions and Murrayfield Stadium which can be easily reached by walking (20 mins) along the water of Leith walkway to Rose...
