Quiet elegance in the heart of Edinburgh - a modernised 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is one of 6 in a 1800's west end mansion. It is only a 15 min walk to Princes St, Haymarket train station, Stockbridge, Murrayfield rugby stadium, pubs, shops, restaurants, and other major attractions. There is also an excellent bus service near the apartment that goes to the city center and all major attractions.

The apartment has its own private entrance leading to a grand hallway with skylight. This spacious apartment (total 1300 sq ft) is on 2 levels. After booking is confirmed, Chris and Karen (the owners) usually send a personal note to thank the guest for choosing their place and to establish a good working relationship with the guests. Once the final payment has been made by the guests, the owners send a registration form to be completed. Once the registration form has been completed and returned , a Visitors' Guide is sent to the guests. It includes useful information about the flat and the area. It also contains the check-in procedure. There is a key safe with a code number so the guests let themselves into the apartment. The owners provide their mobile and landline telephone numbers to ensure guests can contact them anytime before or during their stay.

Thoroughly felt welcome and enjoyed ourselves here. Clean, fully equipped apartment on quiet residential street. Comfortable beds, kitchen even has wine cooler! Ravelston, in the west side of Edinburgh, is a tranquil residential area with parks and walkways. The Water of Leith is only 5 minutes from the apartment - this is beautiful way to walk or cycle to Stockbrdige, Murrayfield even all the way to Leith.
The Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art is directly behind apartment, with great cafes for breakfast and lunch.
The apartment is walking distance (approx 15 min ) to pubs, restaurants, shops, city center and major attractions. Stockbridge (15 min walk) offers specialist food stores and a twice weekly Farmers Market.
There is also a good regular bus service to the city center and all major attractions.
