This is a stylish two bedroom apartment situated in the sweeping Georgian Hopetoun Crescent opposite tree lined gardens close to the city centre.It was built in 2004 to blend in with the existing Crescent and you have the advantages of a modern building with the asthetics of a bygone age.Within walking distance of the apartment are many well known tourist attractions such as Princes Street ,The Castle,Botanic Gardens and many others.There are also a wide range of Restaurants,Theatres,Cinemas and Shops close by.
The apartment is maintained and furnished to a high standard with a contempory feel.The king size master bedroom has a bed with a memory foam mattress for your comfort ,it's own sofa and an en-suite shower room.The other double bedroom is of a good size and both have lcd/dvd for your convenience .

Apartment is in a perfect location for visiting Edinburgh. Had everything we needed, (one of the best equipped holidays rentals we've used). Lovely friendly welcome from Fiona & Alan - would definitely recommend.

Excellent comfortable apartment in quiet road close to restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance to all areas of the city. Very friendly and welcoming hosts - the apartment was clean and spacious with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Secure parking was another fantastic feature....More

Clean spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen, close to Waverley Station AirLink bus stop. Co-op and Tesco nearby which open early and close late. Perfect for family with two grown-up children (kids have own bedroom/bathroom). Warm welcome from Fiona, lots of info on Edinburgh and...More
