Luxury four bedroom house with private driveway and enclosed patio. Located on a quiet street in the trendy and vibrant Stranmillis village. Belfast city centre is only a twenty minute walk away or five minutes by bus. The house has beautiful views as it borders lower botanic gardens, a favourite tourist attraction in Belfast. Theatre lovers will appreciate the proximity to Lyric Theatre - literally one minute walk from house.

Recently renovated to the highest standard, there is a large open plan living area with corner leather sofa, island unit and large dining table. There is a separate living room with chesterfield sofa, Turkish rug and antique fireplace. Outside has a large wooden gazebo with seating. The master bedroom boasts en-suite facilities, large walk-in wardrobe and views of Harland and Wolff.

We both work and live less than a mile from the house. We will always try to meet you in person but we also have a keybox which ensures maximum flexibility with regards check in times e.g.for morning flights. About the neighbourhood
The house is located in a quiet part of Stranmillis which is renowned for it's cafes (Sinnamon, Clements, District, Indigo, Bob & Berts, Cafe Connor, etc), restaurants / takeaways (Latitude, Casa92, Indie Spice, Yum, Honest Pizza Company, Sphinx, The Welcome, etc) and bars (House bar / Cutters). Stranmillis also has a convenience store (Centra), an off-licence (Winemark) and various other shops / businesses. The house borders the popular Botanic Gardens and is very close to the towpath - both lovely for walks / runs / picnics. The Lyric Theatre is barely 50 metres away and Queens University and the Ulster Museum (biggest museum in Northern Ireland) are located here.
Getting around
There is a private driveway at the house if you are travelling by car which can accommodate 2 cars. The city centre is a pleasant 20 to 25 minute walk. There is a bus service (8a) which goes into the city centre from Stranmillis roughly every 10 minutes.

The house is 20 walk minutes from Belfast city centre (8a bus) and 15 minutes from the nearest train station (Botanic). If coming from the airport you can get the shuttle bus to the Europa bus station then the 8a metro bus (stop at Stranmillis village). If coming by car there is a private drive way which accommodates 2 cars.
