The Balcony has views over the Swansea Bay sea shore to Mumbles Head. It's an ideal location for a Swansea city break, walking or beach holiday, with access on to the Swansea Bay promenade, beach and Marina area.
It's a short walk to the City centre, Waterfront Museum, LC2 leisure centre, Dylan Thomas Centre & Theatre. There are a number of cafe's, and restaurants nearby as well as two supermarkets. There is easy access to drive to Mumbles or the Gower and there is also easy access to public transport to these areas. Non Smoking. No Pets.

Fantastic apartment with great view
We love everything about this apartment. From waking up in the morning with the sea view outside your window to the quiet location on the marina. Jo, the host, is really well organised and super helpful. The apartment is well equipped, clean and well looked after. There are plenty of places to eat and shops within walking distance and the marina itself is lovely. We spent many an hour sitting on the balcony looking out at the amazing view. We would highly recommend this place for exploring the Gower and coming back to a lovely location.

St Margaret's Court stay
Very nice two bedroom flat overlooking Swansea beach and located in Swansea marina. Nice size flat and have comfortable beds. The owner of flat was extremely nice and very helpful.

Just superb as always. Cannot fault this wonderful apartment and praise the owner Jo enough. We have had a fab relaxing time here again and cannot wait to arrange for next year. Thanks again Jo for everything. David

Excellent location
I stayed in Joanne flat with the family for one month. It has everything you need for a holiday. Joanne was a great help during my stay.

From booking to the end of our stay Jo was very helpful and easy to contact if you need to . apartment was clean and tidy and very close to beach and Swansea its self looking forward to return soon .

A wonderful apartment!
St.Margarets Court was probably the best equipped and most comfortable Holiday apartment I have ever enjoyed. Everything I needed for a self-catering break was provided, and the owner Jo was so helpful with information on local attractions and facilities. The views from the balcony are stunnng, and the new 50-inch smart TV in the lounge was an unexpected bonus!
The Marina area itself has a number of restaurants and bars nearby, and the city centre and shops are just 15 minutes walk away.
To sum up - I would award this apartment more than five stars if i could!

Relaxing stay by the sea.
The apartment was very well equipped with everything one needs to cook, sit and eat together, relax together and with comfortable beds. The view across Swansea Bay is beautiful and it was great to watch the boats , including Waverley arriving and departing. We could just walk over the dunes for a swim and sitting on the balcony morning and evening was a joy.

Another family holiday
Where to begin what a fantastic place to stay in Swansea everything that you need for your stay is there in the apartment. All local attractions and amenities are within a 10 min walk. The owner of the apartment has to be commended for the homely atmosphere and so very comfy beds. Our children had a fab time and we so very much hope to return soon. Many thanks for the use of your beautiful apartment Jo and can't wait to visit Swansea soon

Well known as the gateway to Gower. However dont underestimate the beautiful beaches of Swansea, particularly Langland and Caswell. Swansea City Centre is compact with all the usual High Street shops plus an excellent indoor market which has great fresh produce including local cuisine such as Welsh Cakes and lavabread. The Mumbles area is noted for its independant shops and castle. Swansea has a number of Museums and an Art gallery with art work by renowned artists. There is an emphasis on activities for children in all the school holidays. This ranges from arts and crafts to cinema, xboxing, organised games on beaches and the junior park ranger activities. There is a lively bar and restaurant area in Wind St. Home to Swansea City Football club and the Ospreys rugby team, the area is also noted for activities such as surfing, sailing fishing.
Getting around
Its a short walk to the city centre, although the Marina is on a bus route. The main bus hub for Swansea is nearby, in the city centre, plus the train station is nearby. Depending on how much luggage you have, it is possible to walk to the railway station in c 30mins but if you need a taxi or bus then the links are very good. Depending on the type of holiday you want, a car is useful but not essential as there are regular bus services to take you all over Swansea and the South Wales area plus the train service.
