Kitchen: electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. Floor to ceiling French doors at the other end. Bedroom 1: king size bed, dressing table, mirror and storage drawers with en suite shower room with a shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. Bedroom 2: twin beds (can be pushed together to make a king size bed), dressing table, wardrobe. Bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Entertainment: Flatscreen TV, DVD player and Freeview. Outside: landscaped grounds. Corner balcony with glass balustrade and marina views Parking: private gated development. Allocated parking for 1 car. General: changeover day Saturday. Electric heating. Bed linen & towels provided (not provided for the sofa bed). 4 star rating. Pets: sorry, no pets.
