The kitchen lines one side of the room with bright white, modern kitchen units and a contrasting, high gloss black work surface. The fully equipped kitchen features an electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Everything you would need for a short stay or a long term let. The dining bar sits neatly in front of the full length sliding doors, allowing you to enjoy a home cooked meal or local takeaway, with views out over the city. On those sunny days, open the doors and dine al-fresco on the large, glass fronted balcony. The living area is home to a large grey, fabric sofa, transparent coffee table and flat screen, smart TV featuring Freeview channels and access to Netflix. The apartment provides high speed WiFi and parking is available just outside the apartment on a first come first served basis. All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. The master bedroom offers an extremely comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room. This spacious room features a desk area, perfect if you need to work during your stay. The second bedroom also features a double bed, with large built in wardrobes, matching bed side tables and simple reading lamps. The second bathroom features a large electric shower, WC and basin. With large wall mounted mirrors and fresh white walls, this room feels spacious and bright. In addition to the electrical appliances in the kitchen you will find a hair dryer and ironing equipment for use. This apartment caters for any type of get away from a romantic break with your better half, a quiet weekend away with friends or even a longer stay for those working in the area.
