Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.
Holiday rental reviews collected via the VRBO website (formerly Homeaway) and syndicated to the Tripadvisor website are not currently subject to Tripadvisor’s standard moderation processes.

Fantastic!
Had a great stay with Edd and Kim first for a few days at Stick House cottage then moved to another accomodation on site as extended my stay. Loved The Stick House and how comfortable it was over two levels and very much enjoyed the soaker tub! The best part of the property was the view of the Tor and will definitely stay again one day soon!

A dream became true
We are Dutch people, we stayed four days in the very lovely and tidy Stick House. 15 minutes walking to the centre of Glastonbury. And we saw the Glastonbury Tor nearby the cottage. We had a wonderful staying in the cottage, the town and also the environment. We could have enjoyed ourselves here for more than a week. We have a beautiful memorie.

The Stick House
We had a lovely relaxing stay in Galstonbury. Comfortable cottage and great views of the Tor. Edd the owner is a very helpful chap. Selfcatering cottage was nice and clean and well laid out with all the amenities you need for a nice break away. We will definitely return for another stay in the future. Thanks.😊

Comfortable stay in Glastonbury
We rented stick house cottage for 3 days for our trip to Glastonbury. The property was easily accessible, clean and tidy and well equiped with a comfortable lounge/dining area. The ground floor bedroom and shower room was ideal for someone with mobility difficulties. The second bedroom on the mezzanine level was accessible by steps that were fairly steep so would not really suit anyone with mobility issues or very young children but was comfortable with the bonus of an adjoining bathroom. The location was great for a walk to The Tor and for trips to the chalice well gardens. The town centre is a good 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away. We had a nice view of the surrounding countryside from the front of the property and enjoyed sitting out with a morning cuppa in the shared garden area at the front. My only disappointment was that it wasn’t possible to see the Tor from the skylight window as described in the reviews and the view to the rear is of another property which blocked the view of the tor. The blinds were kept shut to the back during our stay however the site is nestled at the foot of the tor and the Tor is fully in view from the campsite area if you walk around. We would definitely recommend the rental to anyone planning a trip to the area who is looking for a comfortable stay in a self contained property.

Confortable cottage in amazing location
We loved the location of the cottage - a bit secluded, but within walking distance from all Glastonbury points of interest. Sun rise view from living room and court yard was amazing! The place is well equipped for few days stay, warm and cozy. We would definitely recommend this for families or small groups of friends.

Wonderful cottage in superb location
Really can't recommend this highly enough. Superb cottage nestled at the foot of Glastonbury Tor, 2-3 minutes drive from the town. My wife, 4 teenage children and I stayed for 4 nights: there was plenty of room for us all. A great base to use from which to go off exploring the area.
