Rennie House is a splendid seven bedroom, Georgian town house, a level stroll along Georgian pavements to the centre of the historic city of Bath and all its major attractions. The interior has been sympathetically designed with a perfect mix of contemporary style and period charm. The gracious rooms, set over 5 floors, each have their own distinctive character, Farrow and Ball colours are the relaxing backdrop to comfy big sofas, fabulous furnishing fabrics and original vintage furniture.

The fabulous dining room and kitchen are at the heart of the house. Mellow Bath stone walls, wood panelling and a black Victorian cooking range are the setting for a huge handmade oak dining table seating 14. About the neighbourhood
Bath city is a World Heritage Site. First enjoyed by the Romans, it is a unique Georgian city with some of the most famous examples of Georgian architecture in England. Bath has been made famous around the world by the writings of Jane Austen. The world famous Roman Baths have over a million visitors a year. The Thermae Spa offers the chance to swim in the open air on the roof top in the hot spa waters that first attracted the Romans to Bath. The spectacular Abbey is at the centre of the town. Bath has a vibrant shopping area with all the high street shops and many independent boutiques. Fantastic food shops, restaurants, pubs and bars are a big attraction to this perfect city. There are many music venues and The Royal Bath Theatre.
Getting around
Driving to Bath is easy as it is just off the M4 Motorway on junction 18. Bath is 2hrs 30mins from London, 2hrs from Birminghan and Exeter, and 1hr from Cardiff. The house has 3 street parking permits for the roads behind the house and 1 small garage.

The nearest mainline train station is Bath Spa Station. It is only a 5 min taxi ride from the station to Rennie House or a 20 min walk. The main coach station is next to Bath Spa train station.

Bath is a relatively small city and most places can reached on foot. Bars, restaurants, shops are only 5-10 mins walk from Rennie House. Major tourist attractions are only 10-15 mins walk - Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Thermae Spa, etc.

There are many local buses and there is also an open top tourist
