A very well presented 1 bedroom apartment set within a brand new development that's located a very short walk away from the heart of the city centre.
The 1 bedroom apartment benefits from having onsite, allocated parking for 1 car, which is a rarity for a property this central.
The first floor property offers open plan living in the lounge/kitchen area. There is a bistro table to seat 4 for dinner and also the added benefit of a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person if required. There is plenty of attention to detail throughout the property and some nice touches such as the underfloor heating in the bathroom which features a shower over the bath.
The bedroom has a double bed plus additional bedroom furniture.
The property makes for an excellent stay in York whether it be a weeke...

Great location, bad customer service
I stayed here with 3 other ladies for 2 nights. 2 bedrooms.
1st impressions the apartment is clean, spacious, great location the balcony was good to sit out and have a drink. Toiletries, hair dryer, even had tea &coffee.
1st thing to bear in mind is we had to pay a £200 security deposit which wasn't mentioned when we booked.
Things quickly turned stressful when we went into one of the bedrooms and the side table was buckled and on touching it collapsed.
No light bulb in bedroom either.
We also couldn't find a parking permit last people there must have forgot to put bk and cleaner didn't check.
We rang them up and took pictures to be told its OK you've paid your security deposit . Which we explained we didn't do it and had just arrived.
We was told someone will come out that night or morning.
No one did all weekend and after numerous calls.
We ended up with a parking ticket due to no pass and after numerous calls eventually they agreed to refund on our last day .10 days this this took to get back.
The customer Service really let's this down and we could have done without all the calls and added stress. It's took 3 weeks to get deposit back.
Luckily the cleaner said she'd reported the side cabinet a few times so that helped.
On a positive the location was good very quiet. Just a shame about the rest. Which as put us off staying again.
