It is a second-floor apartment in a period building with a lift and parking in a secure underground car park. Inside this incredible apartment, there is an open plan living area, of stunning design with a lounge area, dining area and kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite. There is also another beautifully decorated bathroom available. The apartment offers a bath in the ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with: - Fridge - Microwave - Kettle - Toaster - Dishwasher - Hob - Oven - Washing Machine & Dryer - All cutlery and crockery is provided - Instant boiling water tap in place of a kettle for an extra feel of luxury! The main Living/Dining room: - 2 Comfortable sofas - 55” flat-screen TV - Electric fireplace In all our bathrooms you will find: - Soaps - Shower gels - Toiletries - Towel And also main extra amenities like: - Iron - Hangers - Hair dryer During your first day, we understand you might have questions and for that, we have created a Welcome book that you can find in the property with all information that you might need, or just in case there are no answers there we are always a message away. The house is located in a heart of Norwich and is within walking distance to the majority of restaurants, fresh markets, supermarkets. This cosy apartment is located in the central area of Norwich with a 10 minutes walk to get to the city centre and quick access to the main transport routes such as the A47 if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads. If you are visiting with your friend or family we suggest you visit Mousehold Heath for the best sunsets in Norwich. It takes around 5 minutes to drive, but every minute of that is worth the view. However, Norfolk is a big area, with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests hire their own transport to see all Norfolk has to offer. And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity. Enjoy your next vacation to Norfolk in this charming home! The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and 1 clean per week during your stay if you stay longer than 7 days (Please let us know if this service will be required.) You will always check in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee. We operate a meet-and-greet service as the property is on the top floor of a secure building (elevator available onsite).
