This 3 bedroom, traditional terraced house is spacious and comfortable with facilities to sleep up to 6 people. A travel cot can be provided upon request. The property is fully equipped with the kitchen essentials, cable TV and WiFi. Also available is a printer should you need to print off maps, directions, vouchers etc. There are local shops and supermarkets including a 24 hr ASDA, within walking distance. Also nearby is Sefton Park, a magnificent Grade 1 historic park with it's many beautiful features and monuments. Tastefully and simply decorated. Clean and comfortable with full size double beds in each bedroom. There is also a small bistro table in the little garden to the rear, perfect for some al fresco evening drinks - weather permitting! Good location. key safe in place which was great, as we could come and go as we pleased. Good communication with owners. Good size bedrooms. Nice to find a place close to family when visiting Liverpool.

About the neighbourhood
The house is located in the traditional, residential area of Wavertree in Liverpool. A great area that attracts families, working professionals and students alike. The area has an ample supply of shops, restaurants/takeaways and parks.
Getting around
The house is within 7 minutes walk of the bus stop with buses serving the city centre (86/86a/86c). Wavertree Technology Park train station is approx 20 minutes walk away with trains going to both Liverpool city centre and Manchester. There is free on street parking readily available on our road. There are local cab firms that can take you into the city for around £5-10 taking approximately 10-15 minutes. I've found Uber to be particularly handy.
