IMPORTANT GUEST NOTES • The following stays can be booked - 3 night weekend breaks Friday to Monday, 4 night midweek breaks Monday to Friday or 7, 14 night stays arriving on either a Friday or Monday. At certain times of the year and usually within one month of arrival, many of our lodges are available for a 2 night weekend break (typically Friday & Saturday). Christmas and New Year – There are set stays at this time. Please click ‘Send Message’ to find out more. • After booking you will receive a message requesting further information including the names and ages of all guests, postal address and dog breed(s) (If applicable) so that we may complete the booking on our own internal booking system. • Jinnyspinner Lodge benefits from its own complimentary dedicated WiFi. This should be suitable for streaming services allowing you to log into your Amazon Prime, Now TV or Netflix accounts. Quality of connection may vary at times. No guarantee is given as to the speed of WiFi service or its reliability. WiFi is provided for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes. • The lodge is situated on an operational holiday park. Your stay is subject to separate park rules and guests agree to follow these rules during their stay which includes going to reception to register on arrival. ACCOMMODATION DETAILS Living area: - A charming open plan lounge area with feature fire place and log effect gas fire - Furniture includes a comfortable fabric corner sofa and armchair plus dining table with 6 chairs - Wall mounted flat screen TV and DVD player - A selection of family board games, Lake District walking books and magazines Kitchen area: - Well equipped and appointed fitted kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, fridge, table top freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, ample cutlery and crockery plus plenty of storage space Master bedroom: - The larger master bedroom has a king size bed (5 foot wide) - Wardrobe and storage - Wall mounted TV - En suite shower room with toilet, basin and mirror vanity unit with shaving point Second bedroom: - The second bedroom has full size twin beds - Wall mounted TV - Wardrobe with ample storage space Third bedroom: - The third bedroom has full size bunk beds which may not be suitable for some adults plus a wardrobe Bathroom: - The family bathroom has a full size bath, over bath thermostatic shower, mirror vanity unit with shaving point and WC OTHER INFORMATION * PLEASE NOTE - The third bedroom has bunk beds which may not be suitable for adults. (See photo) * Full central heating and double glazing ensuring a cosy feel all year round * Guests can hire a selection of DVDs from the shop at reception * What's included? A fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. All gas and electricity, bed linen and towels. Please bring your own swimming towels when using the leisure facilities. * Accessibility: Jinnyspinner is accessed by 4 steps. The lodge is then all on the same ground floor level. * Infants (up to 24 months): 1 infant only permitted at this lodge. A travel cot is provided free of charge. The travel cot will fit in the master bedroom only and will be left in the lodge for you to put up. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot. * Outside Area: The deck is fully enclosed, secure and gated. A slab or base is provided for a BBQ but please bring your own disposable BBQ. Double patio doors lead from the main living area onto a large southwest facing deck. Patio furniture and chairs are provided for outdoor dining and relaxation. * Leisure Facilities: All stays include FREE use of Choices leisure facilities during your stay (located offsite at Troutbeck Bridge - LA23 1HP). The occupancy figure may only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (under 24 months). • All dogs must be over the age of 6 months and fully house trained. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended or sit/sleep on the furniture

About the neighbourhood
Limefitt Holiday Park - is one of the Lake District’s most stunningly situated holiday parks. Set in the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, this superb location has beautiful views and direct access to the fells. It is a place of peace and tranquility with breath-taking scenery. The onsite Haybarn Pub is a great place to relax serving a selection of hand-pulled real ales and a range of hearty pub meals. Dogs are also welcome. Outside the beer garden has stunning views of the area. Alternatively, The Queen’s Head and Mortal Man pubs are within a 15-minute walk from the site.
Getting around
Railway: Windermere train station connects to Kendal where you will find a selection of high street shops and major supermarkets. Bus: The train station is also a hub for local bus services connecting Windermere with Coniston, Grasmere, Keswick and other destinations in Cumbria. Car: The A591 is the main route through the national park connecting north to south. The road connects Kendal, Windermere, Ambleside, Grasmere, Keswick. White Cross Bay is off the A591. Boat: Windermere Lake Cruises offer an idyllic way of getting to various shores. Their main pier is in Bowness-on-Windermere, approx. 8-min drive from White Cross Bay, approx. 25-min walk from Windermere village.
