Amazing!!
We stayed over the weekend of Halloween, we arrived slightly early and the family let us check in early as we had plans to meet friends. What an amazing home, every room was huge and had every amenitie and more we needed!
We couldn’t have chosen somewhere better to stay, 2minutes from the beach and the local pub. They even let us decorate for Halloween, mega comfy beds and off road parking made our stay fantasic! We will defo be back A++++

Excellent Stay
Had an excellent stay at Lazy Days, great ground floor spacious flat with relaxing outdoor space. Amazing sandy Southbourne beach at the end of the street, at the other end the eclectic Southbourne high street with very cool bars, restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend Renouf's a wine, cheese and meats restaurant, also the Larder House with its upstairs old fashioned speak easy cocktail lounge. Back to the holiday apartment Phil and Ruth were great hosts, very accommodating, friendly and helpful with great tips on the local area. Highly recommend a stay, summer or winter.

Awesome stay!
Spacious and well kept holiday flat. Perfect location just minutes to the beach by foot. Phil and Ruth the hosts are just awesome very friendly and helpful. Had the best time highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

yet again another fabulous stay
This is the fourth time we have stayed at lazy days in three years and every time we have been well looked after by the very hospitable Phil and Ruth. We are a party of four adults and one child - a very lively four year old. The apartment is spacious and bright with an enclosed garden with chairs and table.There are even toys and dvds for children. This time it was one of our party's birthdays, and when Phil and Ruth found out they popped round with a bottle of bubbly which we thought was a lovely touch. We look forward to the next time.

Could not have suited our requirements better
The apartment forms the ground floor of a lovely Art Deco era house on the Portman Estate. It is completely separate and well insulated from the proprietors' accommodation which occupies the floors above. The rooms are particularly spacious including a bright well equipped kitchen large enough to eat in and a comfortable lounge opening out onto the west facing and well screened garden. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
Our party was 3 adults and 2 small children and for this number the apartment which could accommodate 6 people was perfect.
Situated just 200 metres from the beach in one direction and the same distance the other way from the good range of shops in Southbourne means that if you are looking for a lazy holiday you need not move the car while you are there. Parking in the road outside the property is free and usually empty.
The beach is second to none, ideal for both young children and for serious swimmers. There is a children's playground, an ice cream stall and a bar with outside seating at the top of the slope down to the beach.
Bournemouth is walkable as is Hengistbury Head and there are endless possibilities for scooting/ cycling.
Finally you are guaranteed a friendly welcome from Ruth and Phil who are charming and on hand to resolve any issues of which we had none.
We had a marvellous holiday and are already planning our second visit.

Great place to stay
Thie flat located in Southboure, Boscombe, walk down the road, then you find yourself on Fishmans walk, part of Bournemouth beautiful 7mile sandy beach.
Around 45 minutes walk to Bournemouth, walk in the other direction to Mudford.
Lovely comfortable, spacious, quiet flat, with a private garden with table, chairs.
The owners, Ruth and Phil are friendly, helpful hosts.

excellent again
our second stay here and just as good as the first - the place is spacious and clean and has everything needed - a very quiet area but only a two minute walk to the cliff top and then to the beach - shops in southbourne or boscombe are only a short walk away - both ruth and phil are very nice people and on hand if need be - hope to be back again next year

Nice sized house with good amenities in close proximity to good restaurants and only a couple of minutes walk to the local beach.

Fab stay
Fantastic stay for our family of 4! Very easily sleeps 6, comfortably! The owners live upstairs and are a delight, very welcoming! Highly recommend. 2min walk to sand park for kids, cafe on clifftop and zigzag to the beach. Definitely returning xx

Southbourne has beautiful sandy beaches. It has great local shops and restaurants. Local delis and coffee houses. It is very family friendly.
10 minutes drive to Bournemouth town centre with all the main shops, beaches, clubs and pubs, restaurants and the Bournemouth International Centre which offers many types of entertainment and shows.
20 minutes drive from the new forest which offers wonderful walks and horse riding can be arranged.
10 minutes drive is the town of Christchurch with the Christchurch priory Church, old ruins and wonderful walks along the river stour.
