We always make sure our cleaning service is on the highest standard. Ruby House provide full kitchen, well-furnished dining and living room with smart TV with Netflix (NO LIVE TV), quality and new memory foam beds and new soft carpets all throughout upstairs and in the lounge.
The venetian blinds combined with curtains create the perfect environment to help you have a peaceful night’s sleep.

The whole house will be yours for the duration of your stay so please, make yourselves at home.

- Gas central heating "HIVE" controlled by thermostat.
- Installed Minut - noise sensor - simply tracks the sound levels. Guest privacy is our first priority. Minut is camera-free. Our sensors measure sound levels without recording or listening.
Please note: before check in time we ask for £200 damage deposit which is fully refundable after your check-out time if no damages will be reported.
• Safe and secure - full gas and electrical safety certification carried out yearly. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector fitted.
• CCTV and bright LED spotlight monitoring parking area for your peace of mind.
Please make sure all downstairs windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving the house and before you head to bed.

I had a wonderful opportunity to stay in Bournemouth with my family in Ruby House. I was well impressed that house was soo clean and tidy. Booking process was very easy. Walking distance to local shops and near beach which is great! I would definitely recommend this house and can not wait for 2022 to book again!
