The centre of Boscombe is 5 minutes walking and Bournemouth centre can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Bournemouth beach is a pleasant stroll along from Boscombe beach or a short ride on the Land Train.
In addition, Southbourne is just a pleasant walk or a short drive away, enticing you with its unique selection of independent cafes, restaurants, and boutique-style shops at Southbourne Grove, complimented by another nearby beautiful sandy beach.
The prime location of Burlington Mansions ensures you can effortlessly enjoy a variety of coastal offerings, suitable for all age groups and tastes, providing a perfect balance for a diverse and enjoyable stay.

We found the property last minute but glad we did. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and roughly 25 mins walk into Bournemouth. Boscombe has a good selection of shops and supermarkets and is 3/4 minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, lots of leaflets regarding things to do, games and books. Seems like a good bus service we only used the once to return back from a long day at the air show. We visited Poole, Poole park, Christchurch, Sandbanks during our stay, all lovely places to visit. My children loved the pool table which guests can use. The apartment had a handy 2nd door to the side of the main building which we tended to use. Overall would I recommend this apartment to others, definitely yes. We plan to return another year.

Perfect in every way!
We love this apartment in every way. Our family range from a young teenager to senior citizen and this apartment caters for all requirements. Spacious and immaculate. Lots of added extras including Games, DVDs, books, a full array of kitchen items, cleaning supplies and kitchen appliances, bathroom, ensuite walk in shower and downstairs toilet .. all within easy access on the ground floor. We look forward to visiting again! Thank you 😊

Wonderful apartment and great location
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this apartment. It has everything you need and more. The beautiful beach is only 5 minutes walk. This place is a home from home and I cannot wait to stay here again.

We would stay at this flat again. It was lovely.
This flat was a wonderful surprise. It was beautifully appointed, very clean and well equipped. The owner or property manager left very detailed organized notes as to how to run the dishwasher, washing machine etc. Places to eat and to visit were also recommended. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely flat.

Five star plus accommodation. We stayed here for 7 nights and just loved it . Everything you need for a home away from home . Great location to walk to the beach and the town. If you are planning a trip to Boscombe or Bouremouth, do no hesitate to stay in this wonderful apartment.

Clean, Comfortable & Spacious Apartment
A very clean, exceptionally comfortable & spacious apartment. Well equipped kitchen, two ensuites plus a separate toilet at ground level. Decent size Smart TV with a great selection of apps. The apartment is within walking distance of the local Boscombe shops & Boscombe Pier. A side entrance helped enormously with unloading/loading the car. A great help if you don't travel light - & we don't! A designated parking space, which is an absolute must in that area. However, the bus services between Christchurch & Poole, via Boscombe & Bournemouth, are excellent. We never used the car once.

Perfect in every way!
From young to old, this beautiful apartment is perfect. Spacious, immaculate, added extras eg games, dvds, kitchen appliances galore, two bathrooms plus an extra toilet. My mum prefers a walk in shower so this apartment ticks all the boxes. As a family across the generations, we have been coming to Boscombe for 65 years. This is the best apartment by far! Thank you Teresa for a wonderful stay, we have already booked again! 😃

An excellent apartment
This is the perfect holiday accommodation. Well equipped with everything you could want. Situated near the beach with its own parking space. We return year on year as you cannot beat this apartment. We are happy to recommend it.

Overall, great accommodation.

The appartment that we booked with Teresa in Burlington Mansion's was much better than we expected. I don't know how you can improve on perfect? About the neighbourhood
Boscombe is a suburb of Bournemouth which is on the map in its own right thanks to a beautiful sandy beach Built in 1888 and fully restored in 2007, Boscombe pier is an impressive sight with its unique aircraft wing design entrance, new decking, lighting and viewing section at the end. Boscombe Cliff Gardens offers an impressive view that stretches from Hengistbury Head, through Bournemouth all the way to Poole Harbour. There is an impressive variety of quality restaurants, pubs and cocktail bars just minutes from the maisonette, several of which offer regular live music.The centre of Boscombe has a good range of high street name and independent stores and on Thursdays and Saturdays a bustling market where you will find fresh fruit and vegetable, meat and fresh seafood stalls as well as many clothing stalls.Once described by Thomas Hardy as the ‘Mediterranean lounging place on the English Channel,’ Bournemouth is an ever popular tourist destination with its 7 miles of award winning blue flag golden beaches. Beach huts were invented here in 1908, and those original huts (the oldest in the world) can still be rented today.
