Coronavirus (Covid-19) Re-assurance For Guests: We would like our guests to know that their safety & security is of the upmost importance to us as hosts. As such we are stringently following the UK government guidelines in the cleaning & disinfecting of our home in order to provide total piece of mind & safety for all of our guests at all times. When you book a stay at our home you can rest assured that the entire home has been cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards & hand-soap, disinfectant spray and individually wrapped alcohol hand wipes are supplied for all guests. Our housekeeping staff are provided with PPE (personal protective equipment) including disposable gloves, masks and aprons for cleaning to avoid potential transmission of the Covid-19 Virus. All hard surfaces & areas that come in to contact with guests within the home are cleaned with warm soapy water followed by a separate clean with disinfectant. These areas include kitchen worktops, bathrooms, sanitary fittings, chairs, door handles, grab-rails, tables, kitchen floor, TV & console remote controls. All cloths & mop heads are used once only. All soft furnishings & carpets are sprayed with a detergent disinfectant solution. All waste / rubbish including used cloths, mops, gloves, aprons & masks are placed in to a plastic rubbish bag and tied which is then placed in to a further rubbish bag and tied. This is then stored within our outhouse for 72 hours before being placed in the normal refuse bins. Bed linen and towels are washed at sixty degrees and dried immediately after washing to avoid growth of bacteria. Items used for transporting our laundry are cleaned and disinfected in line with government guidance and our Covid-19 cleaning & disinfecting guidelines. We advise all of our guests and housekeeping staff to follow the government advice to wash hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds & after removing gloves, aprons and other protection used while cleaning. We have also taken further steps to reduce the transmission of Covid-19 by removing all pens, magazines, shared stationery etc from the home. We have a process in place to check the health of our guests prior to check in. You can be assured that your accommodation is 'sealed' after disinfecting and cleaning by our housekeeping staff and the property will not be visited again before your visit. All plates, cutlery, glasses, and other tableware have been sanitized. Guest access Guests can enjoy full access to the entire property including the garden, for the duration of their stay. This home is in a residential area. We respectfully request all guests to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Please respect our neighbours. Thank you. Pets by prior arrangement please. Many thanks. No parking on property - Free on-street parking outside the property.

Stayed here for a girls weekend away in December. The property was lovely - well-furnished, clean & very comfortable. Also a great location for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend!

My colleagues and I stayed in this home for a few days while working locally. We found it very warm and homely and Amanda was very attentive and responsive. Beds were very comfy. We will be back.
