We live next to flat . We are very friendly and happy to help if you need us, but also like you to have privacy on your holiday.
You can text me, ring or contact me by email. .
Guests will have access to the entire flat by your own front door. Parking outside flat for one car, back door leads to enclosed decking area and garden. SMOKING not allowed in Flat but can smoke in garden.
There is a manual in the flat with places to visit and also Dog Walking Guide. (DOGS NOT ALLOWED IN BEDROOM AS CARPETED).

We really enjoyed our stay, lovely accommodation. Spotlessly clean, everything you might need.Thank you Pam for all the lovely extras, they were very much appreciated. We left the car on the drive and walked lots also good bus service, caught the bus just around the corner. The ifford pub was also just around the corner and we had a few good meals there, very nice would recommend. Thanks again Pam.

5 star in every way
Super host Pam and super accommodation. 5 star rating. Especially like the location (ideal base for exploring the area and if you want to leave the car, bus routes right on the doorstep); amenities (kitchen fully furnished like a home from home).
Pam always provides basics such as bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, cereals (nice touch); super dog friendly (our dog totally relaxed here, as he can be quite nervous). Pam even kept an eye on our dog whilst we attended a family funeral which put our minds at ease. Very kind indeed and our dog was quite happy and didn’t seem bothered when we returned!
Lounge, bedroom and bathroom all high spec and standard and super clean. Everything you would need however short or long your stay, even includes a secluded outdoor space for relaxing in; also handy for those with a dog. Safe off road parking a real bonus too.
Our 3rd stay here and would love to return in the future when next in the area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Faultless.

Lovely property very well placed for everything
We only stayed a couple of nights with our dog, glad we did it was lovely. Property had everything we needed, even treats for the dog. Spotless, near everything and we will certainly come again. Pam the owner was very helpful.

Another stay at Pam’s
We have stayed at several properties over the years and this is our favourite. The property is immaculate in every detail. Spotless and well equipped, there is nothing that Pam hasn’t thought of. Easy access to Bournemouth and Christchurch. We will be back!

1st class in every way!
Our second stay here and is fast becoming our second home! Host Pam and her faithful companion Molly are the perfect hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Helpful welcome pack for visitors with info on local attractions, eateries etc. Pam is always keen to update so guests are fully informed on the current best places to visit, eat etc.
Host lives next door to property but leaves you in peace but is always on hand if necessary. We stayed over a week this time so fresh bedding and towels were provided.
Lovely welcome gifts of basic essentials such as bread, milk, butter, tea coffee etc. The added bonus of cake and wine too! Mmmmm. Nice touches to make you feel welcome.
The accommodation itself is the perfect base to explore the lovely area in and around Bournemouth. Locations is ideal for walks into Tuckton, Christchurch areas, or if prefer to catch bus, stops are on the doorstep. Bus also goes to Bournemouth and further afield. Local bus service is frequent and efficient. We purchased a weekly pass at £16 which we felt was good value so we could leave the car on the drive. Save on fuel and car park fees! Recommend downloading the morebus app. Off road parking is safe and secure in front of the property.
Accommodation has everything you need, well stocked kitchen with hob, oven and microwave and nice eating area. Fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine too. Lounge has nice furniture with good quality tv. Central heating is good and responsive if needed. Bedroom is a comfy relaxed space. Bathroom is modern and clean with good powerful shower. Nice enclosed garden space at back of property to relax and is safe for the dog too. Dog walks on doorstep to local river. Wi-Fi link works well from the host.
On doorstep is local pub; offering good food at reasonable price. Also within a few hundred yards, several take-aways catering for most appetites.
All in all a fantastic holiday flat with everything you would need. 5 star rating. Can’t fault anything that is provided. If I was to make one suggestion it would be to perhaps add a small tv in the bedroom, but this is hardly essential. But with the sea air knocking us out by the evening it might prove useful!
Would recommend to others without hesitation and look forward to visiting again.

Again, lovely stay. Arrived and there was 2 beers in fridge along with milk bread and some rather yummy cookies in cupboard. Always clean and things ready available. Really nice couple, bumped into them couple of times on our doggy walks. Will be coming back again soon no doubt. Our home from home.

Fabulous, modern, clean, dog friendly flat with garden in amazing location
Wonderful luxury dog friendly flat with a garden. Modern kitchen and furniture. Lots of added luxuries for humans and dogs which made our stay so comfortable. Parking on site and garden . The flat is situated within a short walk to a river and park, not far to any of the lovely beaches. Very helpful host. Not our first visit or will it be our last.

Amazing flat
We decided at short notice that we wanted to go to Bournemouth for a few days. We booked the amazing flat. What a gem. The flat was amazing, spotlessly clean and plush. The best self catering place we have ever booked. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely choice of breakfast cereals, teas, bread and milk also. We took our dog. Lovely to see most places we visited were dog friendly. Close to beach, mudeford, Bournemouth and Christchurch. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. We will be back.

Fantastic, home from home in great location
This was our second stay this year in the flat. The flat has everything you need to enable you to travel light. The flat is so clean and modern with a really comfortable bed. Pam is a wonderful host and always leaves fresh milk and bread and breakfast items etc. There is a lovely outdoor area where you can have a cup of tea. The flat is in a great location for exploring the area. You can walk into Christchurch which has many lovely restaurants as well as walking along the river. We have no hesitation in recommending this flat to anyone and hope to return again later on in the year.

Our property is set back down a private lane.
The next lane to the property leads down to the river and large dog walking field, Large Tescos walking distance or 4 mins by Car, Iford Pub on our doorstep and Takeways opposite Pub. Historic Christchurch and Quay 5mins by Car. Southbourne main High Street with Pubs,micro breweries, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars, mexican, nice little hub. Southbourne overcliff lovely pubs and seaviews,dog friendly and great for walks. Visit Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve walk through woodlands to Spit, or walk along Beach to Boscombe, Bournemouth then Sandbanks. Chain ferry Sandbanks 4mins across to Shell Bay Beach, (Dogs Allowed) then Visit Swanage and Corfe Castle, Fantastic Scenery
Getting around
Christchurch is 7 mins by Car with its Priory and lovely Quay where you can hire a boat, unique shops, cafes, pubs, nice relaxing place to visit and good restaurant and nightlife. Dog friendly. Southbourne Beach and Shops ( 6 mins by Car), with Cafes and Pubs, also leads to the Overcliff with Sea Views, lots of Pubs/Restaurants on this stretch which leads to Bournemouth one way or Hengistbury Head. the other way so you can enjoy lots of lovely walks by the river via beach to Hengistbury head spit. or New Forest Villages, Deer Sanctuary Bolderwood, Sandbanks Peninsula is a must Visit. Lymington lovely town with marina, market Saturday. Golf Courses nearby iford, Hengistbury Head, Queens Park, Christchurch, Highcliffe.
