Situated on the cliff top above Polperro, it is a short walk down to the village and within easy reach of the southwest costal path. This autumn we have carried out work in the garden and it now has an area of lawn with garden furniture and views of the sea. The apartment offers both bath and shower for those who wish a good soak after enjoying the numerous local walks. There is a large bedroom with fitted units, and a comfortable lounge / dining area with reclining arm chair. The entrance is from a decked area with patio furniture. The property comes with off road parking. Polperro is an historic fishing village with many cafes and individual shops. This apartment is spacious ,well equipped and very clean. It has everything for a comfortable stay It is ideally placed for visiting Polperro ,Looe and the attractions on the South Cornwall coast. Our host Tamsin was wonderful ,from keeping us informed of the booking to providing travel information and a what a welcome with a lovely Cornish cream tea on...

The property sits on the cliff above the Warren slightly to the east of the harbour. Access is easy by car, and the private parking is a rare find in this area. The local bus stops at the end of the road, and travels regularly between Looe, Liskerd and Polperro. Looe is a bustling port with a wider range of facilities, including a branch railway line which runs besides the river.

From Exeter, follow the A38 Devon Expressway past Plymouth and across the Tamar Toll Bridge into Cornwall.
Continue along the A38 past Saltash, Landrake and Tideford to the A374 junction at Trerulefoot. Turn left on to the A374 (signposted Torpoint) at Trerulefoot and, shortly afterwards, turn right on to the A387. Continue along the A387 through Looe and on to Polperro. After the Seaview caravan park on the left take the next left signposted Killgarth, follow the road until you have the school on your right. Turn left opposite the post box into Brentfields, at the T junction at the end turn right. We are the last house but one on the left.
