This is truly an amazing apartment and location. Brand New in 2010, modern award winning apartment block, very well equipped. South facing for sun all day, which is rare in Newquay as the town faces North. Secure Car park behind the building with no height restriction. Many other New apartment blocks on Headland Road, Zinc, Azure and Cribbar have under ground Car parks so you may not get in with a roof box.
