With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this holiday cottage is perfect for a family or couples and your pet can come too! The upstairs living area benefits from some sea views and an open-plan style with plenty of room for all. A well-equipped kitchen for dining in or there's plenty of choice of great restaurants locally in Newquay. Sleeps: 4 Bedrooms: 2 Beds: 1 x king, 2 x single  Bed linen & Towels:  Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Family facilities: Not provided Pets:  3+ dogs allowed at £25 per pet per week. General: WiFi included, Electricity and gas included in rent, gas central heating. Heated towel rails in bathrooms.  Important notes:  No smoking.  Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment. Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only.
