This one bedroom apartment occupies a fantastic location with views across the Trenance Park and Boating Lake. Please note the apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift access, it is only accessible via stairs and is located on the 2nd floor.Just a few minutes walk away you'll find Newquay Zoo, Tennis Courts, Crazy Golf, a Leisure Centre and a Miniature Railway. On the park is a tea room heading towards the zoo and across from the apartment is a popular café which becomes a very busy restaurant in the evening. Just a few more minutes walk and you will be in Newquay centre where you can explore one or all 5 of the lovely beaches with plenty of activities including surf schools.
