The apartment is spacious and boasts a small balcony which gets the afternoon and evening sun - a perfect end to the day. Fantastic open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, balcony with views of the sea and a grassy heritage site. Three good-sized double bedrooms, two bathrooms, gas central heating and double glazing. Two communal lawns, bike racks, allocated parking space and owner pays for parking for second car. For guests who need a second parking space, the owner will pay for a space in the nearby Pentire Headland carpark (less than 5 minutes' walk).
