Boasting 2 double bedrooms, the master with a double bed with a wall mounted 32 inch smart TV and a Sky Entertainment Package and Sky Sports, the second bedroom has full size twin beds with Tempur memory mattresses. Both bedrooms have high end memory mattresses to ensure a truly relaxing sleep with no uncomfortable lumps or bumps to spoil your holiday. The lounge has a solid oak floor with Italian Leather Wallace Sacks sofa and chair with designer accessories to complete the look and a 50 inch TV with Sky Sports, a Sky Entertainment Package, BT Sports in the lounge and in bedroom 1. SUPERFAST FIRBRE OPTIC WIFI IS ALSO INSTALLED The kitchen is fully equipped with Neff fridge and separate Neff freezer, Neff washing machine. Integrated oven with grill, 4 ring induction hob, microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a contemporary feel finished in gloss white with concealed cistern, waterfall basin tap and full length shower cubicle with electric shower. Towels for 4 people are provided. The Villa has electric central heating and we provide the first £10 of electricity for 4 night stays and longer and the first £5.00 for 2 and 3 night stays. Cards can be bought 24 hours a day from a machine located on Site. Due to the high energy efficiency and insulation installed during refurbishment the Villa is extremely cheap to run. We provide 1 luxury king size duvet and 2 luxury single duvets, 2 luxury pillows for each single bed and 4 luxury pillows for the double bed. We don’t provide any bed linen. Egyptian cotton towels for 4 people however are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Millendreath Beach, just 2 minutes walk from the Villa, is a south facing beach in a sheltered cove near Looe, Cornwall. It is a sandy beach with numerous rock pools to explore at low tides There are also stunning coastal walks and Black Rock Bistro and Beach Bar are located right next to the beach. You can enjoy scrumptious quality food and drink and in addition the café operates a takeaway selling Cornish pasties, chips, burgers, sandwiches, ice creams and hot and cold drinks. The newly opened Black Rock Beach Bar is located overlooking the beach and sea with stunning views out to sea and is perfect for lunchtime drinks and evening drinks before or after dinner. We are very dog friendly to responsible dog owners however there is a dog restriction on the beach from 1st May to 31st October dogs are allowed before 9am and after 6pm however you can walk your dog down the jetty on a lead and rock hop to the deserted East Beach which has no dog ban whatsoever. Plaidy beach which is a 10 minute walk away along the coast path is the next beach along and is dog friendly all year round. The woods, which you can access directly from the side garden of Sea Wood, are dog friendly all year round. Finally the valley is undergoing a 50 million pounds development program. Most of the work will be out of season in the winter months, however Sea Wood due to its secluded out of the way location on the complex should not be affected at all. NEW FOR 2019 THERE IS NOW AUTOMATIC NUMBER PLATE RECOGNITION PARKING IN PLACE. WE ASK GUESTS TO PRE BOOK THEIR REGISTRATION NUMBER WITH GUEST SERVICES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL SO THAT THEY CAN PARK FREE OF CHARGE IN THE CAR PARKS FOR THE DURATION OF THE HOLIDAY. Looe in South East Cornwall is a very popular family Holiday Resort town, divided into two distinct parts - East and West Looe - with the Looe river running through the centre of the town. East Looe is the main tourism centre - a collection of narrow streets lined with shops cafes and pubs that lead through to the main town beach. The Beach is ideal for families. Bordered on the west by the Banjo pier - entrance to the main harbour and by a rocky promontory at the eastern edge, it is a compact beach.There are boat trips to the island in the summer season, as well as along the coast. For the more adventurous there are shark- fishing trips. A train journey on the Looe Valley Line will take you to the ancient stone circle at Duloe; the holy well at St Keyne; and Paul Corin's Music Machines....
